Exhibitor Fees: Outside Table under a Marquee Tent

Please fill out the Exhibitor Form first, send it to info@wordvancouver.ca with the subject “Exhibitor Form 2019” and then pay your fees here.

Located in 20-foot square tent on Homer Street.

Size details:

1. A full table in a tent includes 1 eight-foot skirted table with two chairs

2. A 1/4 tent includes 2 eight-foot skirted tables with four chairs

3. A 1/2 tent includes 4 eight-foot skirted tables with eight chairs

4. A full tent includes 8 eight-foot skirted tables with sixteen chairs
